y'all should try this popular chicken dish from Sarawak. Sorry it's non halal as there is an alcoholic content, at least a half bottle of liquor. Anyway, there is another way you can cook it without the liquor as the main ingredient is the herbs : kacangma. With it's health benefit, no wonder it's popular among those who just giving birth. So, the next time you go to Sarawak, have a look out for kacangma chicken... you won't regret it. See here for recipe...
have to warn u though, after u have some, u might consider wanna go back to semenanjung or not.. haha... like i say, if only kacangma is marijuana... so that's why even with that painful 13 ulcers last week, it doesn't stop me from eating, eating and eating. No regrets, never surrender to ulcers... :)

Yup I always eat this kacang ma. especially nowadays because my wife is in confinement after birth. nearly every day kacang ma. (non alcoholic version) I wouldn't say it taste that good. It's an acquired taste with a leafty flavour.
